You are so right Andre, While Blogger.com and wordpress.com are a great way to start out you are absolutely right in that your blog could be shut down in a moments notice with little to no explanation. A WordPress blog on your own site is by far the best way to go and while it does take a little more understanding of what goes on behind the scenes, Mike has provided a great product to take you through the entire process step by step.
