Resolutions have a bad rap, in part I think because they are easy to make and as easy to forget. If you have an actionable resolution the best way to keep it in front of you is by keeping a journal. Write down you progress every day. Among my goals is list building and I note daily what my numbers are and how much they changed since the prior day. I do this with my twitter followers as well. By recording progress and monitoring it regularly you will be more likely to actually accomplish your resolution and or goal.

Great stuff, Jen! Two additional points I've used to help are a) Decide where you want to be n ten ears, then work your way back to specific steps in the coming year to be on track, and b) write out a positive affirmation about reaching your target & read it aloud to yourself each morning and night to program your subconscious for maximum success.

Best wishes for a happy, healthy & wealthy new decade filled with goals realized!
