I admire you for deciding to go back on the South Beach Diet if it has worked for you in the past. It takes a lot of motivation to do this, much like internet marketing. With internet marketing you have to be able to focus so that you can get good at it. To complete what Mike was saying above, "Jack of all trades, Master of none". You have to be able to master one thing and be able to duplicate it before you decide to move on to the next thing. It is very difficult but has to be done to be successful.
