Should You Attend An Internet Marketing Seminar?

I was watching JV Alert that was happening this Weekend in Orlando. Sure wish I could have been there. Yes, it could be because it was in Florida where the weather is warm and I am in Maryland where the weather is not.

Yes, that would be a good excuse. But I have another reason for wanting to be there. Have you ever been to a Internet Marketing Seminar?

If not I would tell you that it is something you should definitely put on your to-do list. It is amazing the number of people that you will see there.

You can actually see that there are a lot of people like yourself that are getting into Internet Marketing. And they all can come from different backgrounds.

You may think that they are all a bunch of techie’s unleashed in some warm climate hotel having a good time. But they are not. They are a bunch of fun loving easy going folks like you and I would are just trying to make a living on the internet.

And from this variety comes a great bunch of folks that are willing and able to help each other. You tend to find out even the presenters are nice. They are just like any other person there.

As I was listening to the different speakers on U-Stream I was intrigued by the number of comments there were from different people.

Some wanted to know more about the speakers, some commented about what great information they were receiving and some even wanted to know where they could find out more information about the speaker.

But, inevitably you had the few naysayers who wanted to know if this was a pitchfest. Now be sure there will be some type of offer from the speakers offering their latest and newest product.

But for the most part you are getting some of the top speakers in the field wanting to share some of their findings and research with everyone. If you feel that that is just a pitchfest then turn it off. Nobody is forcing you to listen.

As I was saying earlier this is a great way for you to see some of these top name speakers. But it is also an opportunity for you to network. I think that is the true power of these conferences.

I think there are a few, very few, things I can do in Internet Marketing. But at a conference I may meet someone who can write copy, can do graphics, can write articles and can even make websites.

If you get a few names it could lead to some joint venture projects. You could even trade skills and they could help you and you can help them. Are you starting to see the power of these events.

So, if you ever get a chance to attend a conference run don’t walk over to sign up. They are happening all the time and I am sure there will be one near you. Be on the look out and get over and see what they are all about. You will not be sorry you did.

An Internet Marketer’s Work Is Never Done

New Breed Marketer here to say an Internet Marketer’s work is never done. Even when you can take time off for family events, vacations or holidays, you are always thinking about that next project. Maybe not consciously but the thought is there.

Even when you do take some time off and you are not planning to “work on the business” today, you might do or see something that puts you back in that mindset. Truly unintentional but it could happen.

I wonder how many Internet Marketers carry a notebook or recorder with them for just such occasions?

This was a very good Thanksgiving holiday spent with family and friends. Much was eaten especially on my part. I hope it was the same for you. I would like to think we all live for our families, to take care of them as needed. Some more than others.

And the economic situation is not going to get any better soon. And Internet Marketing can help fill in those voids. Here is a ready made business opportunity for you to make some extra cash. It has been said that an extra $500 a month can help out a family. It could pay a car note, help with groceries or even provide some extra Christmas spending money.

Here are a few things that can get you started:

- One of the biggest things you need to get started after a website are products. There are a few giveaways going on right now including Santa’s Big Giveaway. You have some good Internet Marketer’s providing some really good Private Label Rights (PLR) products. You ca take some of these, maybe change them around a bit, put your name on them and voila, you have yourself a product.

- Now that you have a product, they say the money is in the list. Boy, now here is your opportunity to participate in one of these giveaways with your own product. And to help you out Mike Paetzold has written an eBook, East Giveaway Plan, for showing you how to use giveaways to build that list. Now this is not very long but a really good read with valuable tips for getting started.

- I also just found another good site for providing some good PLR. Brad Smith who also does giveaway sites is test out a new way of getting members to a membership site. There is a lot of material there so might be something else for you to check out.

And one last thing to leave you with today. For some of you that were involved in the big PLRGold Videos by Edmund Loh. If you were lucky enough to get in on it, Doug Champigny put on a PLR Video teleseminar in which he told you what and how you could use these videos for your business.

You can still get a copy of that with a standard resell rights license at a reduced price. This will be good until December 2.

Well Doug also has a ebook out now about Podcasting and Vlogging that can be helpful to you as well. But the really big announcement will be coming Wednesday, December 3, about a new product produced from the PLRGold Videos. You know Doug is sometimes called the Master of PLR. I can’t wait to see what he has done.

This is all good stuff that I know can get you started and get you thinking about other ways that Internet Marketing can help you jump start a business online. As I say an Internet Marketer’s work is never done.

New Breed Marketer With PLR Help On The Way

New Breed Marketer here hoping everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving Day. In the beginning as an Internet Marketer, time is not your friend. There never seems to be enough of it.

You are always trying to deal with your websites, yes that is websites, get good content for them and try to get them ranked in the search engines.

Then you have to get traffic to your sites, maybe start thinking about your own product and then you have to build a list. It can get overwhelming at times.

You might even wonder why am I putting up with this? It was not suppose to be like this. No one ever mentioned this.

Now calm down, things are not so bad. You have heard of Private Label Rights (PLR) haven’t you? You know PLR could be just what the doctor ordered.

With PLR you can take a product that was created by someone else, change the author’s name to your own, maybe tweak it a little to make it sound like you and reap the benefits. It can be that easy.

Now, you just happen to be in luck because there happens to be a giveaway going on right now. There is Santa’s Big Giveaway which started on November 20- December 31.

There will be lots of PLR that you can choose from and make them into your own. Just be sure and read the license for each giveaway package you might sign up for.

And by the way, about that problem with your websites. I happen to know that Doug and Teri Champigny run Niche PLR Sites. Each month they give you 5, yes 5 niche websites that you can put online.

Just change a couple of files by putting in your Adsense ID and your Amazon ID and upload them to your site and you can be in business. Then you just have to write a few articles to advertise and get traffic and you have one less headache.

Now there is a limit to the number of people they allow with these sites. At last count there might be 10 or less so if you are interested I would hurry over and sign up right now.

Procrastination- The Enemy Of An Internet Marketer

The New Breed Marketer with some rambling Sunday thoughts. Did you know that procrastination is the enemy of an Internet Marketer? Yes, that one word can defeat you if you let it. But, what is procrastination? Most people know procrastination as the act of putting off an action or task until a later time. It is usually associated with some type of stressful situation and can lead to a lack of productivity. You might associate it with that paper you had to write in school but you just kept putting it off until the last minute.

In the field of Internet Marketing low or no productivity is bad. Really bad. There are two ways to look at IM, as a hobby or as a business. If you plan on making this a business you can not afford to not be busy. You have to push yourself to perform. But there are ways to get help.

Get a mentor. This is someone in the field who knows what you may be going through. Someone who is actually doing what you want to do. Maybe they can give you a plan, a blueprint of what actions you need to get done. If needed it could even be a step by step plan to get you started. Better to get with someone who has the experience and is doing it now.

There are also forums that you could check out for help. Maybe you are just stuck on one particular issue like graphics for your site, needing a website built for you, content for your website or even a product to get you going. A couple of forums you can check out might be the Warrior Forum or Digital Point Forum. I am sure you can find someone who could provide the services you need. There are many others, just Google forums to find more.

Another great source could be a friend or colleague who might also be into IM. If they can’t help you maybe they might know someone who can. If they are into the business I am sure they may know how you can get back on track. Maybe you might find out that they need some help also and you two can work together. That is a very common practice in this field.

A good way to get some needed products if you don’t have anything are giveaways. Right now you are really lucky. There are a number of giveaways going on. They include the Thanksgiving Giveaway 2008 which will be running until November 27th. Also going on at the same time is Santa’s Big Giveaway which will be running until December 31st. A number of Internet Marketers have gotten together and are offering Private Label Rights (PLR) products.

PLR products are a great way for you to pick up some items that you might want to use for yourself. It is also a way to actually see what others are offering and might give you some ideas on how to get started. Usually with PLR you can do just about anything with it. Just read the license agreement to see what you can or can’t do.

Procrastination can be the enemy of an Internet Marketer. But it does not have to be. There are a lot of different outlets that you have that you may not even be aware of. Take the time to check them out. It could get you going in the right direction on fulfilling your dream in the IM world. The journey will not be easy but can be quite rewarding.

So You Want To Be An Internet Marketer

The New Breed Marketer with another thought. I know you have had those thoughts, so you want to be an Internet Marketer. You have heard of all the glamour, the perks, the easy life that goes along with it. I can quit my job tomorrow because I am going to make it on the internet. I will make millions like all the big guys,

Ah, an interesting thought. But, do you know all the hard work and dedication that goes into getting to the top. I know, you have heard the stories about how some guy or gal made an amazing discovery and is now sitting pretty for the rest of their lives. And I am not saying that is not possible but it is not very realistic. I will bet if you asked any number of successful marketers they will tell you they had to work at it. It is definitely possible but just be ready to put in some long hours.

You may even find yourself working some crazy hours to get a project done. While most people may be sleeping you may be up working on those final details for that product you have in mind or that next big launch. Beginning to sound a bit tougher? You bet but not impossible. And I have heard it can be quite rewarding. I tell you what, I want to find out, how about you?

If you are just getting started here is one of the easiest ways to speed up that learning curve. Participate in a giveaway. A giveaway is an opportunity to pick up some Private Lable Rights (PLR) products that are being offered by marketers. These peoducts can come in the form of ebooks, articles and software to name a few. Now there is no charge for these products and most come with unrestricted rights meaning you can do as you please with them. Put your name on it, change it around to sound like something you would put out, sell it or give it away. Just be sure to read the license agreement as it will spell out terms as to what you can and can’t do.

This is a great way for you to get a product together to giveaway and put up a squeeze page which will draw them to your list. A squeeze page will have them give you their name and email address for your gift. There is an old saying heard many times that the money is in the list. I can’t tell you who said it but you hear it a lot. By participating in giveaways you have the possibility of getting many people to join your list. It can be quite exhilarating to watch as masses of people sign up for your list. Just be sure to get that email campaign ready to send out as this is the way to stay in contact with them.

With a list that you can send emails to, you can become the authority that they listen to . When you send out an email they will be ready to hit that open button because they know you are about to tell them something that they need or want to hear.

New Breed Marketer- Weekend Update

Hello, New Breed Marketer with a weekend update. Tis’ the season when we all are thinking about the holidays. And it is made even tougher with the rough economic climate that is upon us. That is why there are some awesome events taking place within the next two weeks. These could make your holiday season even more festive.

Now if you are into giveaways there are two really big ones getting ready to launch. I don’t know if you are aware of giveaways. Usually they are made up of some of the biggest internet marketers who are offering up a Private Label Rights (PLR) product which you can download for your use. Usually they are unrestricted which means you can do just about anything you want with them.

These PLR products normally come in the form of ebooks, articles and software. You might have a website that you want to upload these products to. Or fix up the ebooks, articles and software to sale. You can decide just what you want to do.

The first giveaway coming up is the Thanksgiving Giveaway 2008. It will run from November 17-27 and will overlap with Santa’s Bigtime Giveaway which will run from November 20-December 31. Both of these will have some really good products and I hear they have some big name marketers that will be adding products. Both of these are now signing up contributors and participants. I have provided links to both events so get over there and sign up. There might be something you can use and even get in on the event.

By the way, Doug Champigny has put together a Christmas PLR Package which has four PLR product that you can put together and sale as your own.
