I like Doug’s work, but I always try to rewrite things a bit. That way they don’t appear as duplicate content. Plus, it allows me to put things in my own voice. The major work is done, the research, the what to write about etc. From there it doesn’t take long to make it your own, but you still need to do it.

Totally free is nice and you are exactly right. Article marketing does produce free traffic – even if there is a time lapse after you submit your articles until the traffic starts arriving. But on the opposite side of that, it keeps coming long after you submit your article.
